August 2023 I had a basement fire due to my dryer. I just got paid the full amount from my insurance because of this company. Great communication, kept me updated on everything that was going on with my claim and really cared . I definitely recommend them 100%.

November 2020 my neighbor has a fire, and i experience some damage to my home,Gregory Andrews came by and he did a great job explaining the whole process to me about my rights with my insurance company. A-Plus to the rescue
After a major fire APLUS adjusters took over. They were there representing me every step of the way. APLUS took control and worked with my insurance company and there adjusters to get me a very fair settlement. Regina was in touch with me throughout the entire process. She was very empathetic, knowledgeable and trustworthy.
I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call on them again.

Amazing people! I had a fire and they walked me through everything, made sure that I was ok, always checking in to see if we needed anything. Regina was always making sure that I was good, all the staff made sure I knew what was happening and progress of the claim. ERT crew were beyond helpful. If I ever need an adjuster again, they will be who I call.

This company did very well at doing their job, but the reason as to why I only give them 3 stars is because the public adjuster that was assigned to me Mr. Ryan (hint, hint) was very unprofessional. As soon as this man got paid, he stopped answering my phone calls and texts when I had questions that needed to be answered that only he could answer, basically went GHOST?.
