The apartments are great, but the office never sticks to their hours. They almost always close thirty minutes early. It’s not really fair to people who work and count on the 5:00/5:30 closing time

There are a few things that happen from time to time, but that is everywhere.
It is a huge undertaking to run a place like an apartment complex.
The staff here takes very good care of their residents.

Very beautiful place unfortunately 2 staff members weren't to friendly when I moved in for a very short time bc they like to favor certain tenants and the manager like to involve herself into personal business that is none of her concern and file false police reports on what she thinks she knows and that is very unprofessional! One of the girls in the front office always treated me kindly and was never judgemental. I can't imagine you can't visit a tenant for more than a week if so the visitor has to be added to a lease and etc; Her personal opinions have nothing to do with anything else that isn't her job or duties at all! I never got mail that Amazon delivered after moving out and was told she wasn't the mail person and had nothing to do with the mail! Just like her butting in to a tenants life lol,the boxes are dropped off at the front office orto the address but nothing was done after my order said dropped off and completed! So you just end up out of money,the item's, stress and a migraine from the mental and emotional stress that the manager causes!

Arbor Station is running a scam operation to collect people's application fees by misleading them when they apply for an apartment. I recently moved to the coast for a one-year clerkship at the federal courthouse in Gulfport, and I called Arbor Station in May to tell them that I would need a place to move in by August. They told me over the phone that they operate on a waitlist system but that they would have availability by August and to go ahead and apply. I applied in mid-May, and was on the waitlist for 3 months. It is now almost September, and when I called to tell them that I had to sign a lease elsewhere and wanted to withdraw my application, they told me that there were still 1-2 people ahead of me on the waitlist for the floor plan I had selected. They then refused to refund my application fee, saying that it was non-refundable. If they had been forthcoming with me that a unit was unlikely to become available any time near my preferred move-in date, I would've never applied and paid the application fee. I am not the only person they have done this kind of thing to, misleading people about their waitlist. It is pure greed to take advantage of people via application fees when you can otherwise run the legitimate business of collecting rent on your property.

I’ve been living her for the past 2 or 3 years it’s been amazing the staff are incredibly helpful and kind the only thing I don’t love is the power wash thing but it’s not horrible it’s just you have to be trapped in or stuck out for an hour or two it’s a good place to stay if you love the beach bc it’s super close over all this is an awesome place to live
