We were delayed on the tarmac and missed our flight home. This was in March 2023, I sent in all our receipts 5 TIMES! But each time, I received another email requesting more receipts. This went on until July before they finally sent a fragment of our loss. They wouldn't reimburse us for the 2 extra days of parking, the day of work I missed, nor the food or hygiene items we purchased since we had no luggage. The transportation to the store and to eat since it rained both days we were there. I do travel and have always encouraged my clients to purchase travel insurance from Arch until I actually needed to use it. I WILL NEVER use them again or refer anyone to them. The stress from the delay I relived from March to July and still I don't feel whole after spending my money with Arch. Never again.

It's too bad that I'm forced to submit 1 star as even that grade is a stretch. Arch Insurance is the very definition of a fraudster insurer that will hide behind a series of other insurer names and locations to ensure they can avoid their fiduciary responsibility to claimants. They'll spend all their energy avoiding claims and confusing the process. I can't believe they're allowed to continue as a business. Hope this review allows others to steer clear - and be careful of their alias names like Red Sky (a wolf by any other name...)

Do not buy a travel insurance policy from this company! If you contact them you will get a snarky operator who will gleefully read the disclaimers that prevent them from paying out. Steer clear of this company at all costs.
