I’ve had this insurance for a yr now I believe. Initially my experience was wonderful because of Kimberly. She was so sweet and helpful. However, dealing with Areli has been terrible. I’ve spoken to her recently on 2 occasions and each time she was condescending, rude, and just not pleasant. At one point she literally basically told me if I would be quiet and let her explain I would have the answer to my question. Mind you I did not over talk her and was very polite. I did have my issue resolved in 20 minutes via a chat with corporate agent. During our last conversation I asked Areli if my questions were upsetting her because she had the same nasty rude attitude that she had days prior and this is a whole new day. Not sure how her name is attached to this business because she does not represent the company well. Had she’d been the person to assist me when purchasing my policy, I would have never given them my business. Everyone else down there has been nothing short of fantastic. So I can’t let one bad apple spoil my overall experience as a customer. However, she should take so tips from Kimberly when interacting with customers.
