Surprised by all the good reviews cause he gave me the worst experience out of any agent. Never got back to me after days of him telling me he will figure my issue out. I had been with them since I purchased my home. 7yrs go by and I need his help renewing my policy due to a diving board issue. He ghosted me and then when I finally got ahold of him he acted so short and unhelpful. Didn’t give me any direction on what to do next. Just acted like I was some horrible homeowner who will never get another policy.
Left me out in the cold after I had wasted so much time on him since I thought he was helping me. Ugh. So disappointing and shocking. Never thought an agent could be like that. I know some have good experiences, but I had an awful one.
