I walked into today to see about getting some dental insurance and was greeted by a wonderful Miss Karla K. She was very friendly and thorough helping me get set up for a phone interview. Karla also informed about open enrollment and got me set up for an appointment for health insurance during that time. Taylor G called promptly at my requested appointment time. He was very nice, understanding, and explained the details of the dental plan to me. He even asked if I wanted to add vision to my dental plan and explained the details of it as well. Karla and Taylor answered all my questions with ease. Thank you both for such a pleasant experience.
