My experience has been the same as several of the other reviewers: I recieved a letter stating I'd have to contact my local office regarding my claim, and when I did, they wouldn't answer. I went up there, stood in the lobby as they walked by and looked at me. The door was locked, so I couldn't go in and no one came to ask did I need help. I finally reached someone a week later, explained what happened, and then they redirected my call to an answering machine that automatically hangs up after giving you a long monologue. I called back, explained again, and the same person literally does the same thing. I filed a claim under PUA and they sent me a letter telling me to apply for regular UI and to contact my local office. Now, I'm about to start this process all over again and it's been almost 2 months now with 0 help.

Edit: Immediately after writing this review, I call and the exact same thing happens. I explained that I was told to contact my local office and then she (I don't know her name) redirects my call and the automated message ends my call, stating call back at another time. When is the time? Because it seems like never. Contact this office if you enjoy being frustrated and ignored.

There are no up-to-date jobs on their system when you call for help or a question about the job you can’t get any assist. The guy I was working with wasn’t any help I don’t recommend going there.

The women in the office refuse to answer the phone and when I finally get someone, she hangs up on me.
I drove up to the office, and stood in the lobby and called, heard the phone ringing, and watched them ignore the call and talk about each other’s weaves.
Public sector loves hiring out of the hood.

I just wanted to speak with someone in regards to a claim. They were very RUDE and so quick to cut you off or transfer you to a recording that makes you have to call back to a line that no one will ever answer. Not sure who the man was in the back that intervened in on the call talking about a drop box. Need customer service training.
