When I moved to Greeley from North Dakota, the agent I was working with wasn't licensed here so the carrier assigned me a new agent who completely bungled the transfer. I had home, auto, and life insurance all bundled and my monthly payment went up. But the agent failed to include the life insurance policy and it lapsed. I was notified with an email asking why I cancelled it. I was livid. They would not reinstate it because I had cancer 6 years earlier (cured). The bungling agent had been terminated and they gave me Gabriela who fought for me and got it re-instated. I was so impressed. She will always be my agent.

How amazing it is to find somebody who is extremely patient on explaining everything I didn't understand. Gabby definitely over exceeded that. She got me a amazing rates and even got me to change the car insurance I had for over 10 years.
