Fellow dentists be warned. Horrid experience working with them. If you’re an ADA member DO NOT choose them. They give you the run around and don’t get you the coverage you need. The ADA case manager promises one thing and the underwriter does the opposite. My underwriter was Judith Harrington. She was awful and not forthcoming with information. Gave me worse terms than what I applied for without any way to reconsider. Now I’m stuck without coverage thanks to them. 6 months of back and forth for nothing.

Late on a Saturday night, we called to get full coverage for a customer and reached out to Maggie, and she responded from 1200 miles away. She had poor internet service yet was still able to get our customer covered with appropriate insurance. This is real customer service folks.
