This company is sneaky, very entitled and not service oriented. Increased my rate by 30% without notice and then doubled my initial 6mo payment because they “changed their policy” and just decided to take 2months payment upfront. This over-drafted my account and when I called to find out what was going on the lady on the phone was rude and disrespectful. Time to look for new insurance

Fortunately I don't have much "experience" with the agency, we have only used our insurance one time in 25 years. It worked out fine, but that was dealt with through the main Allstate office not Mr. Aery per se. 'Knock on wood' I don't have any more insurance issues for a long time!

I've been with Allstate since I started driving 13 years ago. They have been good to me and my family. I had a hit and run that ended in my vehicle being totaled but Allstate made the claim effortless and got everything squared away quickly.

Place said my payment went through and sent a letter to confirm it was paid, to find out is wasnt paid the next month later.I called main number and spoke to someone about and they said they called me to notify my payment didnt go through on 5 days later.BUT they never even called me and told me.Place is completely unorganized.Even their hours for Saturday state they are open.False only for appointments, would have been nice to read that before I drove down there to find out they were close.Find a better insurance agent than this one.

Horrible communication and I highly doubt anyone knows a thing about the actual insurance law. Pure salesmen. Go somewhere else.
