In a four-car collision in 2018, I was deemed not responsible. However, due to the incompetence of their unprofessional attorney, the settlement process dragged on for a frustrating six years. Despite my innocence, the case remained unresolved while the lawyer grappled with it, leading to inflated insurance costs for six years. This happened in an accident where, once again, I was proven not to be at fault. This was a terrible experience.

I would give 0 stars if possible.

My family and I have been dealing with them as far back as I can remember. They're always so polite, professional and personal when helping their customers. They strive to do the best they can to get you the best fair coverage for one's needs. Unlike A-affordable, they made a point to mention windshield protection and gap insurance, ect ; little things like that to consider.... They also take the time to explain it . As long as you don't leave them hanging and reach out, they understand life happens and will try to work with you. They are friendly, timely, and, most importantly, knowledgeable. When my old agency got bought out by a large firm, I got tired of 1-800 numbers, email forms, and inconstant customer service, and I am happy I switched to Ashland Insurance. It was also surprisingly easy to do; I wish I had done it sooner. It also saved me money, which is always a plus.
