If you want experienced, thoughtful, well researched guidance, Tom Wilson is THE BEST. Choosing the right health insurance plan was very overwhelming and totally confusing. I can not recommend them. I have found them to be unresponsive, and they didn't return calls in anything resembling what I would term a timely way. I just don't think they are still the agency they once were. It is disappointing.

No point in having local agent if this is your agency. Have had several different agents in last couple years and now they work remote which might be ok if they had good communication but they don’t show any care.

Do yourself a favor, call these guys, and ask for Matt. Ashland Insurance has always been helpful. They are so kind and caring. In my experience Matthew Shiltz has been the most helpful. He is genuine, has saved me money, and been non-bias, all while helping both his company and myself. Aside from being a wonderful insurance agent, he is a really good guy all around.
