Any time I call the State Farm office I get immediate help. Billie has helped us a lot and is very knowledgeable, goes above and beyond what is needed and explains everything. She recently gave me a quote over the phone for a new vehicle. She added the new car, removed the vehicle we traded and sent proof of insurance to the salesperson. Horrible customer service. They screw up everything, from vehicle vin numbers, to vehicles policy’s, they don’t do NOTHING Rigth. Cancelled my insurance but still sending bills, what sense does that make? Highly Don’t Recommend to Nobody, unless you wanna be running behind them fixing they mistakes.

I can honestly say that this particular office can save you money over other State Farm offices, even nearby ones. The best agent I have ever dealt with is Billie Dee Murphy. (Not taking away from any other agent.) However she is outstanding at her job and has such a great personality! She is very professional and down to earth. She doesn’t make you feel talked over or down to or like she’s only there to get a policy from you. She cares and that is why I will stay with State Farm in Loxley Alabama. The prices and the people…..you can’t go wrong here.
