I was referred to Ask Ariana by a friend and it is hard to believe this is an actual and FREE service.

I made an appointment on their website, got a phone call from Ariana who I had a wonderful interaction with (fun to talk to, would invite to an arcade kind of interaction), got signed up with healthcare in under 20 minutes (like some of the other reviews had posted), and left the conversation feeling better than before. (Compared to paid services that feel they're trying to take anything they can from me, Ask Ariana felt like they just wanted to give.)

Ariana, who I personally talked to, walked me through everything needed to get me setup while having it be simple (like, *very* simple), friendly, and always answering questions whenever I had an idea or confusion.

To top it all off, they sent me a handwritten card which was super cute.

Can't recommend enough! It's free and great.

Not quite sure what's going on here. My partner's grandmother spent weeks trying to work with this company, and they gave her the runaround. I stepped in, assuming it couldn't be as bad as she was describing...it was worse, LOL. They repeatedly lost documents she sent but they would turn around and claim she didn't submit them.

They would even bring up her memory loss to further convince her she hadn't done something. Shame!

I was able to meticulously document everything and the next time they tried to claim she didn't do her part, BAM, I had proof. No one should have to experience that, though, and she's elderly...why would you do that to the elders?

They had that poor woman thinking her mind was deteriorating when it was just them being bad at their jobs.
