I called regarding a fairly complex auto insurance inquiry, hoping to get assistance. Unfortunately, I was put on hold immediately without being asked to wait. When the call resumed, the representative spoke in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, making me feel unwelcome. They ultimately said they couldn’t help and ended the call abruptly, without a ‘thank you’ or a proper goodbye. This experience left me questioning whether I would want to deal with them again.
