My home flooded a few months ago and I had absolutely no idea where to even begin. Carl was referred to me by a friend who had worked with him and he was literally a lifesaver! My experience working with Mr. Carl Barnowski of Assurance Claim Services, Inc. was EXCEPTIONAL. My mother's home was destroyed in a tornado. Mr. Barnowski was very kind and understanding toward this stressful situation. He has excellent communication skills; ALWAYS available to give his time and attention to any concerns/questions. After hurricane Ian we were at a loss both with our home and next steps. Carl was quick to respond. Even driving over from the other coast on a Sunday to survey the damage. He stuck with us every step of the way. Carl never once asked for payment until the job was complete and we had been paid.
