I was having many issues with Allstate denying my roof from the recent wind events. I called Assured Value Claims. They were able to get my roof covered through my insurance company. Vincent was a huge help and walked us through every step of the process until we had a check in hand. A process that takes time but worth the wait! Our insurance company was very slow but Vincent was persistent in handling the appraisal and we were awarded what the policy stated they owed but didn’t originally agree to pay, The damages to our property were caused by a wind storm.

This process has taken much longer than it should have due to lack of organization and lack of staff, I would imagine. Nobody follows up with me, I have to reach out for any kind of updates for the last 6 months. They are holding my money!! After signing the docs they said they would deposit the check and send me check by email and it has been 2 weeks! I was told that the check was clear to send last Monday and I called everyday last week to check status and all I ever get is "let me check into it and I'll give a call back"

My house has been in disarray for 6 months now and nobody on the ironside has any sense of urgency or care for the situation, and if this goes on much longer, I'll have to consider that they are just going to keep my money for themselves...

I'm not usually one to type up bad reviews but I can think of no other way to encourage for me to get my money to fix my house!

Over the course of my lifetime I have done several claims on my own and received peanuts . My first claim done through assured value claim was an absolute eye-opener . I received 3x as much as any of my previous claims and did not have to communicate with my carrier at all . They did everything !! It is the only way to go and

I'm very disappointed with this company to say the least. Vincent showed up at my parents house and he totally ovetalked me the whole time he was there and basically ignored everything I was concerned about but I listened to his big talk because my insurance company was being totally ridiculous. They sent me a $5380 check for approximately 40,000 worth of damage. So Vincent came in and instead of following the process he totally skipped the 1st. He wrote an exorbitant estimate of $110,000 +. I told him the things he had on the estimate were unreasonable & the insurance would never take him serious nor pay. Instead of requesting for the insurance to send out an adjustor he totally skipped that step and went straight to Apraiser, which costed another $1500 out of my estimate. He did get additional funding which was mainly flooring and contents but if I would have accepted the insurance company contractors they were going to add flooring anyway. In the appraisers estimate he left off several items, a whole closet, flooring supplies, contractor cost, etc. Once I paid all of their fees they will not answer any of my calls. I have called many, many times and to no avail, they never respond. My calls go straight to voice mail now. So be careful whom you get to help with your claim. I suggest a company solely based in Houston. I asked Vincent if they were a Houston based company prior to contract and he said yes. He lied. When they received my check from the insurance company they held it for weeks because I would not sign Power of Attorney for it. As long as I paid his fee (which I did) he does not have the right to Power of Attorney over my funds. Me and my mom have been in a hotel for over 7 months thanks to Vincent @ Assured Value Claims Public Adjustors, LLC.
