Thank GOD this is not my actual insurance company.
I was involved in a hit & run back in the beginning of October. A driver who is insured by Athens was the first of the two cars who rear ended me in traffic. Jennifer Osorio reached out to me after hours, a few days after the accident. Within less than 5 minutes of her call, I called her back and left a voicemail. Over the next month and a half, I called her every single week, sometimes more than twice a week and left voicemails for her to call me back since she requested additional information. Please keep in mind that SHE initiated the calls when HER companies insured driver caused this accident. She NEVER returned a single phone call I made. I left voicemails on the automated system for the receptionist, I submitted messages through the website, left dozens of voicemails to Jennifer and I never heard back from a single person. When I emailed some random email address I found on the website, Jennifer miraculously answered! Huh, I guess she does work. Not often, but sometimes. She then informed me that Athens denied liability and to reach out to the other insurance company. After leaving her dozens of voicemails for over a month and her refusing to do her job, she emailed back with one sentence and brushed me off.
Why the hell would you reach out to someone who was in an accident, someone that your insured driver hit, just to ignore them when they need to talk to you?
The communication practices at this company are completely nonexistent and IF you get in touch with someone, pray it’s not Jennifer.
To Jennifer Osorio at the Lake Mary, Florida office… please get training or find another career. For you to ignore someone for over a month after you initiated contact is so unprofessional and rude.
I can only imagine what this insurance company is like for paying customers, hopefully it’s better than it has been for me. Absolutely ridiculous.

They are handling a claim for one of our companies. We have been promised an offer of settlement on a total loss for nearly 6 weeks, yet we have received nothing. Do not recommend doing business with them.

I’m currently dealing with them on an accident that happened in Ky . One of there customers ran a stop sign . But other than being slow to contact me or my attorneys bk they have tried to be fair after sending them a couple estimates. They sent an offer that’s close . But I believe we will come to a resolution.

My experience has been negative. I had an injury last year and they denied a MRI request by the treating physician and only approved 6 Physical therapy appts. Long story short I reinjured my same injury and they finally approved an MRI . Dr says my foot has lots of trauma and old inflammation as well as new . Drs think my injury was more severe last year but couldn't correctly diagnose my injury. Also lost my medical insurance because of the delay claim status . It's been a horrible experience thus far

I was in a no fault of my own accident. Was a red light and rearend by a company truck. This on 2-14-2022. Have a claim but agent assigned to me will not return my calls or respond to email. I just want my car fixed. They need improvemwnts on handling claim a little bit faster..

Their insured, an 18 wheeler, veered into my lane, as the driver admitted to Police, and on the Accident Report, on 10/24/18. I was given the wrong insurance information, which is Old Republic, and was give the run- around when attempting to contact. With each call I was told they didn't insure this rental truck/driver!!

Push forward to December 2018. Still no help, no claim!!! Finally on March 3, 2019 I received a claim! (Can you believe this company?

I have called them, leaving messages, without any return calls, since last message on 05/09/19 and 05/13/19....no one seems to answer their phones at this company!

On a previous call from them they said the claim would be shared at 50%! I was furious. This was not my fault. As mentioned, their insured admitted to the Police, and on the report that he came into my lane, hitting my car. 18 wheeler against a Toyota Corolla!!

It appears they must be wanting me to obtain a Lawyer! 7 months is too long to deal with this, and 2 months is more than long enough to complete a claim!

This IS, by far, the absolute worst company I have EVER dealt with!

Apparently, I have been assigned 2 adjusters; Jackie Loyd and Stacey Miller.

I will be contacting the BBB and Insurance Commissioner for further assistance.

If you have dealings with this company, I suggest you retain an attorney, or have your own insurance company's attorneys handle for you.

My patience has been superior, until now! I must take legal action!
