Atlas is a wonderful company! They have a great Customer Service team, their Claims Department is very helpful when it comes to the claims process and questions I may have. Also, their Billing Department is full of very friendly reps who are always willing to help with billing questions and needs. I have had Atlas General Agency for my homeowners insurance since purchasing my home in 2016. We have had no issues at all with them. We had to file a claim last year for a water leak and Jessica Callan our claim rep was extremely helpful and available with any question or concern I had.
