Shane is AMAZING. After I got in my first (and hopefully last) car wreck, I felt so lost and helpless when it came to the insurance payout. I felt like Geico wasn't offering me enough for my totaled car, but nothing I came back at them with resulted in a higher payout. I found Shane's services online and decided to reach out. I told him I have no idea what I'm doing here, but I'll send you all the information I have. Shane was so kind and patient with me. He looked over all of my documents and explained that he would make a request to Geico with proof that my car should be paid out at a higher value. He worked his magic and now my car is getting paid off in full. I am so happy I chose to work with Shane. His turnaround time was quick, he knows the laws well, and he welcomed all of my questions without judgement. He is truly the best!!!

My Hyundai was broken into, windows smashed and ended up testing positive for Meth. Shane was able to get the window replacements faster than other window replacement companies. He went above and beyond ensuring all the glass and the drug residue were cleaned and it was safe for my family to use. The car looked like new when he was done. He was great at communicating progress along the way and had amazing service when I came to pick up the car when he was done.

Incredible detailing work. Shane was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the whole process, and my car turned out cleaner than when I bought it (used)! I particularly appreciate that this business offers free transportation when dropping off/picking up the car.

I recently had a total loss experience where I wasn't really happy with the valuation that at-fault drivers insurance gave me. I had invested significantly in major maintenance upgrades along with upgrading the overall look & feel of my wagon. Insurance didn't take that into consideration, and this is where I had found Shane who was easy to work with, and was able to get an additional $4k on top of what the insurance company was willing to pay. If you're willing to be patient with the process, I'd highly recommend AICS!

I can't thank Shane enough! AICS absolutely knocked it out of the park with my tweeker/junkie theft recovered 03 F250. After calling every shop in the area & getting "NO" for an answer, my wife saw a post on Nextdoor from Shane to another poster about their recovered theft & getting the same "NO" from every shop. Shane took the truck in & started the cleanup before an insurance adjuster even contacted me. Shane basically took over dealing with insurance & kept in close contact with me the whole time. He really fought to make things RIGHT with the truck as well as with insurance. Thank you Shane! The truck had meth residue, some body damage, locks & ignition, electrical gremlins & serious cleaning needed. As well as an alignment. It all turned out brilliantly. I highly recommend AICS as the first shop to contact after a recovered stolen rig. Skip all the, "no, we don't want it here" from the other shops that I got.

Shane at AICS took care of everything once my car was located by the awesome group at PDX Stolen Cars. Since my car was used in a crime while out of my possession, the Vancouver PD came to fingerprint it before it was released to me. Shane came out and waited at the car with me for over an hour until it was released. Glass pipes and foil were visible in the center console and police just left them, so Shane put on a full hazmat suit and used a drug test kit he brought to confirm that the items tested positive for fentanyl and methamphetamine. Since the car was drivable, Shane drove it in his hazmat suit to his shop to get work started ASAP. My insurance was extremely slow in responding or getting an adjuster out to look at it, but Shane performed all of the work to the ignition, interior, and mechanical components while waiting so it was ready for delivery once the insurance approved the estimate. My car looked brand new when I got it back. The post repair drug test came back negative and I was confident in the result as AICS was extremely thorough, even removing the seats. I was also confident in the mechanical operation of the car as AICS performed a full safety inspection and got my insurance to cover an oil change, and an alignment based on the findings. The icing on the cake was the free Club they gave me to keep my Elantra safe. Thank you so much AICS!

Someone drilled a hole in my gas tank and AAA referred me here, and this guy went above and beyond, from making sure he plugged the leak so the tow truck wouldn't charge me more for leaking fuel, to a top to bottom detail, to coordinating key pick up so I didn't have to walk across town. Friendly, professional and very communicative.
