I am very impressed by the complete and professional delegation of my claim with Auto Owners Insurance this year. After an apartment fire my building purchased 2 years ago, my anxiety level reached new heights as this was my first incident and had little idea of what was to come. As soon as the claims office was reached(on a Sunday evening ) the ball was immediately rolling. Mitigation was promptly activated to minimize damages and assure tenants with someone on site. I do not live in the area, so that was a HUGE help. John Garrett and David Ogren were invaluable to the process. They answered all of my (many) questions and walked me through a process I knew nothing about. I continue to work with John regarding this claim and feel confident all of my need will be met. Auto owners really has you covered in this respect and I would recommend them to others in a heart beat.

I recently filed a claim with Auto-Owners Insurance due to damage from a lightning strike in my back yard. Because of many reports of damage in our area I wasn’t sure if my claim would be addressed in a timely fashion. After telling the adjuster a delay in evaluating my claim might result in further damage to my property they responded with haste. The first adjuster Kelly Proctor was very friendly and thorough while taking photos of the damage. He turned over his findings to Jonathan Garrett the person in charge of handling the claim. Jonathan gave me advice on how to handle reimbursement. I had several questions in the process but Jonathan always responded in a respectful manner and I didn’t have to wait days for a response. I appreciate being handled with dignity and fairness. Consumer Reports has this company rated highly and so do I, they are top notch.

Mr Don Foster, of Auto-Owners Insurance, came to my aid immediately after my auto accident. Well, it was a wrong way driver who deliberately hit me! Mr. Foster was calm, pleasant and very helpful as I was at the mechanics filling out the needed forms for the assessment.

We would recommend AutoOwners Insurance company for all your home insurance needs.We recently had our pipes collapse and had to have our entire house renovated. This project was challenging with numerous contractors to deal with. Our adjuster, Paul Steffensen, was able to coordinate and get all the subcontractors paid on time. We were provided a wonderful rental while waiting and were reimbursed for additional out of pocket expenses. But what made this company, specifically Paul, was the kindness and prompt service when I was getting tired of all the different aspects of a renovation.
