This branch really needs customer support. Members don’t have 20 or 30 minutes to stand in line. It’s amazing there is normally only 1 or 2 people at the counter to help walk-in and drive thru customers. You go to Amfirst across the street and it is fully staffed. Being a member here for over 26 years, you would think Avadian would offer better customer service than this.

This branch of Avadian CU is just wonderful!
I take care of an elderly man that has banked with them for decades. Every time I have been there with or without him, they ALWAYS ask about him and they genuinely care. They also give excellent service and have always gone above and beyond when he or I have had questions. They even threw him a lil bday party years ago before he got so sick. the employees here are so knowledgeable and helpful no matter how simple or complicated your situation is. I just can't say enough good things about everyone that I've ever met that has worked at this branch.

Love that it has the new machine to do independent transactions! All branches need this. Downtown branch very inconvenient for parking. No atm...🙄
