I am so grateful for the team over at Avant! I honestly didn’t think insurance was going to cover my roof at all—they were basically denying everything. Thankfully, Avant Adjusting stepped in, handled all the back and forth, and somehow got them to approve a full roof replacement. I didn’t have to deal with any of the stress. Avant Adjusting helped me navigate through a really challenging situation with my insurance provider. I didn’t think they’d cover any of the costs but I learned quickly that having representation is a game changer. Avant advocates for the homeowners to get you everything you deserve. They dealt with darn near everything on my behalf to get me the absolute most from my insurance claim. They did all the heavy lifting for me. They dealt with everything for the insurance claim for me and got me way more than I ever could have imagined. In a world where customer service seemingly doesn’t matter any more, they changed my mind with their incredibly knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and respectful staff. Everyone I spoke with at Avant from darling gal at the initial door knock to the completion of my full roof replacement was fantastic! I was a bit skeptical at first because I didn’t even know services like this existed! Im so glad that when they knocked, I answered. I never want to deal with an insurance claim without a public adjuster again. They fought for me and freed up my time by not having to deal with much of anything. So grateful for the wonderful staff at Avant Adjusting for making the entire process absolutely seamless. 💯 would recommend. Don’t deal with another insurance claim on your own again, call Avant!

CAUTION! The office staff and case manager will not call me back. They have cashed the insurance check, and my roof damage from 7 months ago has not been repaired!

Had company help file a claim to fix my roof. My insurance paid them in full in October of 2023. Avant- cashed the check and now will not return my phone calls. I don’t know how this company has great reviews doing business like this.

3 days, no return calls or texts. Waiting on roof repairs that are being held up by insurance with NO HELP from Avant. It's been 2 months and my house is still unliveable. I though you people were supposed to help!!!
