On Saturday 06/29, my fiancee and I went into the Dysart and Camelback office to see if I could transfer over my insurance to Ayala. My fiancee has insurance through them and always had great service, so she encouraged me to try them out. The individual representing Ayala initially ignored us and when I asked for help, she was so rude and condescending. As professionals ourselves, we could not fathom the horrendous attitude and service this individual had. No one deserves to be treated this way and someone like her should not be working there. We left extremely angry and recommend to NEVER go into that location. Find another office because this one is not it.

Ayala insurance on Dysart road did not notify me that my payment was due I had to wait for ADOT to send me a cancellation registration. They need better customer courtesy calls letters or notifications before ADOT has to send me a registration cut off date. This is a fail. I may have to contact Steve ayella

I honestly have no idea how this place can get some negative reviews, especially about the ones that call in. Stop being lazy and just drive to the location.

Anyways my experience there was awesome. I went to 2 other 3rd party locations and the actual DMV and they all gave me different info or they couldn't help me. The actual DMV told me I had to do a Bond to get the car titled into my name, which made no sense.

Ayala actually gave me 3 forms I needed to send to the original owners to sign and release to me and get it notarized. It sucks I had to do this but no one else told me this was even an option. The car was from California.

But fast forward 10 days I was able to get all the docs back brought it here and they were able to get it all registered in AZ and is mailing me the title.

They will continue to get my business!

Eunice is nice and good customer service she assisted me with what I needed to do to transfer my Florida plate to Arizona.. on the other hand I came back a week later with the document to make it happen and Christina was very rude to me after that I demanded my documents back and went to the DMV on 59th and was able to transfer my Florida plate and registration to Arizona with no problem at all!!

I'm writing this review in hopes someone there will answer the phone or return a phone call. I purchased a work trailer through ClickLease. They sent you the title/registration package on August 16th for you to process my plates etc. We have confirmed receipt from Fed-Ex. Today is 9/11/23 and I still DO NOT have plates. Clicklease has been trying to get ahold of someone at your location since 9/7/23 4 DAYS!!!! No one has returned a call. Numerous voice messages have been left, and everytime someone does pick up we are told the person that does the Registration is either out of the office, off, or at lunch. NO ONE will return a call. Can someone please return the call or mail back the registration packet that was sent to you so we can get this done somwhere else!!!!!

If you can help me get this rectified by retuning a call to clicklease I will gladly remove this negative review. All I want is some CUSTOMER SERVICE and my PLATES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Easy, quick, and efficient. Highly recommend! I went in with hesitation since they're a third party, but left with a plate and sticker in about 5 minutes for only $43 total. A lot of the pricing just says "varies" but the staff will give you a more exact price. Unlike the main DMV here, they know how to register military drivers, so I appreciate that they knew their stuff. I'd been sent back and forth several times with wrong information, but Ayala got me registered quickly.

I chose Ayala Insurance because it’s affordable for me and covers all 4 of my vehicles. I didn’t want to be calling around to get the cheapest quote,they are the ones that took care of that for me. If I need more services I will look further into it but for now I have no complaints and I am good where I’m at. As far as the staff there is one girl by the name of Martha Diaz that’s always helpful and nice and is the same when my wife goes in as well.

Edgar whom has helped me from the beginning in 09 still works there. I think that is very important for great customer service. He is always very helpful & professional with all of my questions & he is the main reason why I actually still use Ayala as my insurance needs.
