I really wanted to give Ethan a higher review because he was pleasant and knowledgeable and did help us secure health insurance. But unfortunately the entire experience from start to finish was fraught by poor communication, such as taking days to respond to calls or texts, or just completely ignoring us. Up till now he has not called us back as he promised to address an insurance question. We are Very disappointed in his service.
