Filed a claim because my neighbor hit my sons parked car. Estimate has been in their hands for two weeks with no response. Called left voicemail with no return call. Called back and the handler of our claim down right stated she had not even looked at the claim in a week and would get to me early next week not to mention she was rude. End of the week and no response and a voicemail left. Is this really how this company treats people. I would never switch to bagger mutual if it was the last company left. Atleast keep me informed of what's going on, I deserve that.

Badger Mutual is an excellent insurance company. They have real live human beings who answer the phone, return calls promptly, settle claims fairly, all while maintaining professionalism and friendly dispositions. I would recommend them to anyone!

When we bought our home Badger made a great offer, cheaper than other Insurance companies. We had never heard of them, but were trying tto keep the mortgage down. Research suggested Badger has a business model that requires fewer employees to explain the lower cost. When our roof was dammaged, Badger was easy to deal with and our contractor said they were always fair. When the rubber met the road, Badger was responsive and fair.

I see a fair amount of people having a decent experience with this company. For me, they've done nothing but take my money. I have an ice dam that forms in Winter on the Apex of my roof, which is a strange place for them to form. Water is able to infiltrate through the dryer vent when this ice dam forms. I put in a claim and after several weeks they sent a roof inspector up from Phoenix. I live in Flagstaff. These are totally different environments, and they sent me a 20-year-old kid to inspect my roof that told me he doesn't know much about snow. There was snow on the roof at the time, so he flew a drone around and took some pictures. He was ready to leave after that, and I basically had to beg him to look in the Attic. I caught the leak early and showed him where the water was coming through the dryer vent. I had a bucket up there catching drips, and there was clearly rot in the plywood. He takes pictures, and after several more weeks, I receive a check for $160 to remediate mold. The water has went through the roof and there's some water spots in the ceiling but they don't show from inside the house. Because I figured it out before the ceiling caved in on one of my bedrooms, the best they could do is money for mold spray. This whole process took several extra weeks because our agent went hunting and didn't tell anybody about us. After this whole ordeal I call my own personal roofer, who immediately says I can probably get a roof due to hail damage. I say great- I'll call the insurance company. They send the same kid out who is able to go on the roof this time because it's not frozen, and he tells me that it is Sun blistering and that it's not covered for replacement. This company will literally let you sit in your house with buckets catching water and do nothing. It's pretty amazing. In my experience, any company is better than this company.

Horrible. They don't take care of their customers and their customer service is completely horrible. Something as simple as giving us the revised estimate so we know the scope of our repairs. They just keep ignoring your emails and the emails of your contractors in the hope that you'll go away.

The staff were extremely professional, and worked quickly to help repair our damage.

Badger Insurance has been very responsive and helpful. Every time I have contacted them, an American answers the phone. If that person cannot take care of my request, I will be either transferred to another American, or leave a message for that American. My inquiries or issues have been handled efficiently, with zero errors.I have not had any issue with any employee what so ever. If you need insurance, this is the company to contact
