I am NOT one to leave a review but I have been banking with BOA since 2018 & let me tell you, I’ve only ever had problems with this bank. This was my final straw. Monday 11/11, I stopped by to put cash in the atm which I have been doing for 6 years now. I insert my card as the machine directed me and next thing I know the screen says “Our machine is malfunctioning, you will not get your card back” . UM WHAT? So then, I pull around realize they are closed for the holiday so I decided I’ll just call Tuesday . Well I was pretty livid because what the heck now I’m out of a debit card. So I call the headquarters and spoke with a nice lady but told me “yeah our atms aren’t the best I do apologize but you will have to wait on a new card.” Wonderful! Love that. Except I have payments and bills that are linked to my debit card that now will not go through so the late penalties are gonna be great! Thanks BOA! To top it off, I tried calling yesterday at 3 different times because NO ONE was answering the phones. Tried calling again today at different times & once again NO ONE answered the phone. Friday, I am switching banks finally. The stress this bank has caused me for the last 6 years is unbelievable. Good riddance Bank of America. This may not even seem like that big of a deal but it’s ALWAYS something.

I actually should give them 5 stars because the only thing they go above and beyond with is saying sorry. Sorry doesn’t cut it. This place is a joke so glad to be removing my money with them.

I had fraudulent charges to my account. Monte was able to assist with with canceling my card and ordering a new one as well as dispute the transactions.

Managers are super sarcastic and so not care about customers support...I own several small business and I will be moving all of my accounts from here specifically due to the mid rivers location

Staff get into your business when you need a document notarized. They were trying to refuse to notarize a document for my disabled minor 7 yr old. They wanted him to sign it even though I’m his parent and the DMV just needed MY signature as his guardian.

My credid card was blocked for some reason. Mike Palank was polite and helpful and he resolved the probleme with patience.

They talk about being for small businesses yet are extremely rude and treat you as if you are committing fraud by cashing a check written to you.. They refuse to honor any check over the amount of $4000 but you can cash 2 $4000 check at the same time from the same person…

I’m a small business owner and cash checks for materials to do jobs.. I’ve been spoke to rudely multiple times and have even had to speak to a regional manager. Still nothing gets done.. The only response is “you should get an account with us to avoid this”…

I’ve never once come to this bank and had a good experience.. I don’t understand the need to be rude and unprofessional… for absolutely no reason

2019 they closed my account for no reason. I was not overdrawn. Just closed for no valid reason.
