My wife and I have dealt with Jordan at Barney Insurance for several years. We have been very pleased. Jordan has never put any pressure on us to purchase any one insurance. He researches the insurance options that apply to us. He explains the pluses and minuses. He allows us to decide on the insurance to purchase. He helps us with the paper work and filing for the insurance. I cannot think of anything negative to say about our experience with Barney Insurance.

I am in the market for multiple insurance plans. I was particularly interested in investing my trust, time, and money in a well established Insurance Agency. It is imperative to have a personal agent that that can gain my trust, work hard for me, and provide the best products that serve my needs at an affordable price. I reached out to set up an appointment. The receptionist wasn't the friendliest and assured me I would be getting a return call from Joni P-Insurance Agent. That was a couple of days ago and I am still waiting. Unfortunately,. this reflects Joni and Barney Agency. Lack of enthusiasm, lack of communication, and lack of followup demonstrates unprofessionalism, uncompassionate for people's feelings enlightened that I misjudged this company. These deficits convinced me to be more careful in my search. I am relieved I didn't invest my time or money and give them any trust with my life. Please be hesitant and slow and shop around because there are many companies that would value your call, time, and business!

Working with Rod at Barney Insurance has been a great pleasure! He continually searches out the best rates for me and my family. I was introduced to Jordan at Barney Insurance through a friend who's been working with them for years and had nothing but good things to say. So far in the 1 1/2 years Jordan has done a phenomenal job getting me the best deals on my Home, Auto and Life insurance, answering every question that I've had, and getting me the best possible deal every time. I am a very satisfied customer and recommend this company to everybody I know.

I don't know how this company has a 5 star rating. They went out and found me one of the most expensive plans through progressive. Anytime I would call in it was unusually difficult to get changes into effect. I don't think they actually shop around because I never received multiple quotes at the start. Furthermore, every company I called myself was cheaper. After switching to a different company and paying my dues to Barney, they sent me a 125 dollar bill to get paid off after I had paid my insurance in full. No call or anything warning me of this extra charge so it went into collections because they kept sending it to the wrong address. I'm not one who goes online to complain, this is the only 1 star review I've ever left. Thanks Barney for dropping my score from 780 to 680 and over charging me for insurance.

I have been with Barney Insurance Group for over 10 years now. The people in the office are friendly & always willing to help. They have provided me great customer services over the years, I can always count on them for advises. I’m so pleased to have Rod on my side. He Is honest & genuinely care about my family wells being. Rod has gone out of his way multiple times to help me with claims when I needed help the most. If I my home were damaged by storm, I know just one phone call, Rod would be there with his camera & ready to help. I highly recommend Rod & Barney for all your insurance needs.
