This company is a scam. Some how my employer got hooked up with them in employee benefits and provided accident insurance policy.

We were told that the policy is from Metlife.

But it never showed up on my Metlife account. I can see the dental, vision and long term disability on my Metlife account that I signed up for but not the accident policy.

Bay Bridge never sent any letter or email to contact them in case of accident, contact them and not the Metlife.

Then they sent letter to me to pay premium, which my company is deducting from my payroll and sending them. If it is through the employer benefits program, they should contact the employer and not me in case of premium issues.

I did not know about them until I got the payment notice. I did not sign up directly with them.

Worst experience with an insurance company. I have been chronically sick, they offered critical care at my work. I was told someone would call me to go over the right policy. Never happened. Their materials mislead me to get a policy. When I filed a claim twice they said I qualified, then they denied me. They have been ghosting me for weeks now.

Would not recommend Bay Bridge Administrator. Company is extremely behind in accident claim department. Has no online portal for you to view data you sent or any of there responses.

When you call to inquire about your claim its a lengthy process before you can speak with an Representative. Representative tell you they received it and its in review and very apologetic since its been more than 30 days behind.

Unfortunately, when you ask what is the length of time it usually takes in review, they do not give you an timeframe.
Letters they send states they received your claim and process will occur 7-10 business days.

Several of my colleague's has had same experience since we partnered with Bay Bridge Administrator.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company. My Allstate is a fully equipped company with adequate personnel that complete claims in a timely manner and has online access with quick responses. Always accessible once you call.

I would like to compliment Maria Lopez in the claims department. She has helped me twice file wellness benefit claims. She made the process easy and was very pleasant to work with. I dont know what kind of fraudulent business this company is running. My insurance became active November 1st. I've called this company several times about not receiving my insurance cards and I've been given nothing but excuses.. When I finally received something in the mail it was a printed copy of the cards instead of the physical cards. I'm still waiting which is ridiculous to me, they didn't wait to start taking money out of my checks, I shouldn't have to wait 3 months for my cards. Why am I paying for insurance I cant utilize.

I called them before my doctors visit and they told everything is covered and all I had to pay was 10$ copay. 16 months later I received a bill from the doctors office and nothing was covered by this fraudulent company. This is not insurance believe me . If your company offers Bay Bridge Administrators then run . I called them and they don’t wanna hear about it

Bay Bridge Administrators handled my cancer policy claim and did an Excellent job of making sure my claim was processed. They were easy to get in touch with and communicated with me regarding the documentation I needed to submit.

This kind of health insurance should be illegal. You CANNOT see specialists with this kind of 'insurance,' and you will go broke long before you reach your deductible. Their customer is terrible when you are able to get a hold of them. Leave your company if they offer to this kind of insurance plan.
