The previous property managers were great then Be Smart came along. Ignored requests to fix the black mold problem. I tried to kill by spraying with bleach & painting with Kilz. Black mold came back to stay. Plus we were never notified of risk of exposure to radioactive material in the smoke alarm which we discovered when attempting change batteries yearly. Unexplained headaches rashes. Be Smart is money hungry and appears in violation of federal mandate for evictions which they are cleverly trying to disguise as “termination of lease.” We shall see.
