Hello, this is Octavius Williams and I've looked over the documents and I will stick with the Auto insurance plan set for me already and the renters insurance as well. The Auto insurance will come in handy if something occurs with my vehicle, I will be able to get a rental car so I can put my car in the shop for repairs. And if it's a total loss then I can get a check for it. In closing, I will stick with my current car insurance plan and thank you for your insurance services.

A couple months ago , Malika Smith helped me get coverage for car insurance. She is very friendly and made me feel welcomed. She has helped me save A LOT of money on my insurance compared to my previous insurance. Saving money is really what is needed in this economy. This office is THE BEST insurance company I’ve had by far! I also wanted to recognize Keith Blount. Keith Blount was also a great help!!!! His professionalism is fantastic and beyond amazing. I needed documents for a personal matter and he delivered in a timely manner. I have NEVER seen someone that quick with providing information I needed to submit by a certain time frame. I was on the phone with him and no later than 10 minutes he had documents sent via email. This crew works well together it seems like! What a great team !!!

The voice on the other end of the cold call instantly felt safe and inviting. I could sense that he was youthful based on the respectful way, in which he addressed me. Bryan wasted no time grabbing my attention and carefully listened to my needs. Wanting to make sure he was accurate, in reference to a specific question, he asked me to hold on while he checked with a superior staff person to verify the information. This happened to be my only way of knowing he was new to the position. Long story short; Bryan was not the first Allstate salesman I have talked to, but he was the first to sell me a policy. In closing, I’d like to add… “watch out Jake cause Bryan is coming for ya”.
