Went here this morning to get a new debit card after losing mine, was quite busy and walked in without an appointment. Was helped within 5 minutes by merveille madilamba, she was so kind, asked me lots of questions to make sure I got everything done that I needed and didn’t try to push anything I didn’t need. 10/10 service.

There is only ever been one employee there that has done anything good for me and my girlfriend. A very honest Asian man did exactly what he said and when above and beyond to help us get our referral money back for us that becu stole.<5 stars to him>
The female employee that opened the account for me was asked to open an account that we would pay $500 down and overtime would build my credit. She did not do this and open some other type of account and in the end I was never given back the money that what's promise to be returned in the end of the account 500$
The manager there told me that we could raise my credit limit the following Monday and make me an appointment which was all a hoax because after I left the bank what's the longer able to see the account whatsoever because he closed it and pocketed the money or split it amongst the other employees I'm not sure on that part but for sure my money was taken

Their banking, service and ability to make your life easy is about as good as a Boeing plane. The people on the phones are nice though. Expect to waste 30 minutes of your life each month trying to make a loan payment. Update, this email in the response does not exist! Do not do business with this bank!

Went in for help about the app not letting me enroll on online banking. Was absolutely NOT helped. Guy just kinda stared at me and told me to "ugh just use the atm."
Then I called the # and they were crappy to me as well. Idk if I even wanna bank with this "bank" now. Not to mention, can't even get a roll of quarters unless you go all the way to Tukwila or Everett?! Horrible. Just all around horrible.

Today I went in and was so excited to open up an account and get debit card. I was unfortunately unable to and was ALSO discriminated against by the female banker. She parented her computer’s were not in operational. Even though they were working perfectly fine with the customers she had before me. She then was whispering to a fellow male co-worker about me and knows absolutely nothing about me. I wasn’t believing her lies. I didn’t come to this branch to be discriminated against. I didn’t realize BECU hired bigots. I left the branch and went to one of your competitors, where I was treated with the upmost respect. I have an account with them. BECU lost me for life.

The staff here is very helpful and gives good advice. They were extremely helpful when we purchased a new house while keeping the old one as a rental property. They carefully explained everything we needed to know and were friendly and prompt.

The ATM gave me funny looking 100s and the staff claim they don't even have money checking pens; advised me to go chase bank and they might be able to help me. Pathetic, honestly I've been thinking of completely shutting down my becu account and I think this may have helped that decision along.
