I am writing to share my experience with this body shop, to which I was referred by my insurance. Initially, I was pleased to have my windshield repaired and hoped for a referral to a reputable shop that used original Porsche parts. Shoaib was communicative and prompt with updates, and the repair took about a week.

Unfortunately, my experience soured when the body shop damaged the original tint on my front windshield while removing it. They informed me they would replace the tint. However, communication dropped off, and after almost two weeks without my car, I picked it up to find the new tint was poorly installed by United Tint. It covered the rearview camera, causing sensor issues. Despite assurances that it would improve after drying, the tint remained problematic.

I had to repeatedly request updates, which Shoaib was unable to provide. The shop seemed understaffed, and no manager contacted me to address the issues. I requested compensation but received no response.

I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism and management at this shop. Their high rankings and awards do not reflect the poor service I received. I have informed my insurance company about these issues and the third-party tint company they use.

I urge you to be cautious of potential issues and the lack of integrity at this location.

Impeccable service and communication at Ben Clymer’s which was exemplified by Shoaib Shabir, he went above and beyond by providing live updates of my service and left my car looking even better than before my accident, which is the reason of my visit.
A large thanks goes to the staff as well for being friendly and proactive. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Hi, first of all I wanted to thank you to Brontë for her time spent with me giving me rides, she is a very nice and professional person. Second my thanks are going to Steven and all the shop team, they did a great and wonderful service to my car. I loved that I was informed constantly via messages with pictures about the progress of their work, and my car was done in the day when day said so. Will recommend this place to anyone. Although the estimated time for the repairs on my car was delayed, they stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process which made me not worry! I would definetly come again. A big bonus for me was that they washed my car!
