My experience with Sam at Ben Davis’s office was nothing short of exceptional. As a new home buyer, I had a great many questions, Sam walked me through the whole process with patience and humor! Definitely a bright spot in a stressful time, while buying insurance no less. Sam explained each step carefully, and even went over things again when necessary. He helped me combine my current policies, new homeowners, and bring in my motorcycle policies, and saved me money! I cannot recommend Sam personally enough, please do yourself a favor and let him help you! This was a great experience for me, and Sam continues to check up to ensure that I understand everything and we’re on track. You just don’t find this kind of quality customer service anymore!

I have been fortunate enough to have Kelsie help me out when me moved. She made transferring my insurance into the state so easy. Even making sure everything was canceled out with the old policies and making sure the lease company’s had all the paperwork they needed. Would absolutely recommend this agency and Kelsie as an agent!

Just got a call from Ben to offer me insurance, u apologized and told him not interested, he kept convincing me that my current insurance is not good for my needs, I told him I need to go I am at work , so he calls my name many times and says " you are an awful customer we do not work with you"!
I think Ben lake customer service and lost a potential future customer/s
Ben you need to stay professional even if your potential customer turn your offer down and respect their life and time.

They were very helpful and flexed with my schedule, and when I needed the service completed. Mikey was very kind and understanding. I would definitely recommend at least getting a quote with a sales rep there. They are honest and get you the best coverage with the best rates possible. Also very helpful with classic vehicles, no separate plan.
