I am writing this review because there isn't any one department that fields compliments. So, this is the next best thing! 🙂 I was at the end of my rope trying to figure out what the hold up was, regarding a claim for a patient. You'd have found me running in circles until Ms. Eva A. (customer support specialist) came to my aid!! I hope she answers the next time I call BRMS!!

I called today for help with my coverage and spoke with Mary. She was delightful and friendly, and very helpful. Rather than directing me to another contact she called them herself with me on the line and the issue was resolved quickly and easily. Thanks Mary!

This homophobic company's web portal won't allow me to add my husband as a covered "spouse" but instead shows an insulting error message that reads: "Your Spouse cannot have the same 'Gender' as yourself." Three problems with that:
1. He does have the same gender as me.
2. Same- sex marriage has been legal in some areas of the US for a decade.
3. We notified BRMS of this issue more than two months ago and nothing has changed.

I'm a technology professional. The fix for this issue involves at most two lines of code. The company shows no willingness to resolve the issue correctly.
