I have only been through intake with them but they were professional, thorough and extremely nice. Their pricing was extremely competitive and beat our previous Geico policy by over $800/year. We had been with Allstate before switching to Geico over 12 years ago and during a couple of accidents Allstate provided excellent customer service. We left Geico because during a recent very traumatic accident Geico acted like a three ring circus. Zero customer service.
We are very glad to be back with a company that knows how to take care of its customers.
