As the winter storm approaches SE Texas, I recall my home being devasted during the last winter freeze (URI). I was at my wits end not knowing how to start and report all the damage. Throughout the process, they kept me informed, and although there was a lot of paperwork they requested, it was generally a requirement from the insurance company. THEY WONT RESPOND BACK OR GET THINGS GOING UNLESS YOU CALL THEM. They litter have stuff sitting and only get it going when you call them for an update on progress. Then you wait some more for the next step. Wait. Wait some more. Until you call again and then it finally gets done.

They responded slowly until they had a signed contract for my claim then just stopped responding. Tried to help them by compiling all the information they needed into a Google drive and still couldn’t get a response. Due to their delay, it is making things for difficult to recoup my losses from insurance. Very poor business etiquette.
