We have a group plan with Bernardini and Donovan and it is been such an easy and pleasant process ever since the beginning. I needed insurance right away due to pregnancy (I think I was 8 months) and I was able to get a plan right away. Michael invited me to come in to discuss the plans and explained everything I needed from our employees and myself. And I want to say the process took 3 days. I went in on Friday, got forms ready over the weekend and turned in everything by Monday. That easy. I didn't feel intimidated or overwhelmed when it was time to choose a plan. Other companies before them had emailed me different plans and left me on my own to figure out. Which resulted the lack of insurance. I right away felt the support when I made the first call. They were very helpful throughout the process. Cindy, helped me complete the applications in the nick of time. I didn't know she would become my favorite person to go to every time I have a question. Our carrier had double billed the company and refused to return $11,000 that was due. Our carrier initially declined our appeal, but Bernardini & Donovan came to the rescue.
