Sue and Brandon are great. I have 100% trust in them that they'll always work in my best interest. When I came up for renewal on my auto, home and umbrella - my increase was pretty substantial. Great Customer Service and Reliability! I was recommended to speak with Sue at Better Buyer Insurance for my business insurance needs. I am VERY glad I did. With business insurance, I have had extremely poor customer service with past companies as I would be lucky to get a call back within 48 hrs, 1-2 weeks to get a quote, & an additional week to get the policy started.
When I called Sue at Better Buyer, she answered her phone, got me a quote the same day, had the policy started the next business day, and on top of that she sent me a Certificate of Insurance for multiple companies as per my request! She completed everything in 2 business days!
