Went into greater detail than i could do online myself and was able to get me the two quotes at once as i wasn't able to do online myself.

As i have worked in customer service and call center i know you must know your material to be able to quickly maneuver through your scripts to get the customer the answers they need and that can only be done by knowing your stuff so again i say thank you to Greg
