We used State Farm with BK and Zack ( was our main contact) 2 times now while my daughter needed car insurance while going to CSU. I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Zack and this office especially when we were shipping our vehicle across state lines and all way to Hawaii we made sure we had best efficient insurance through transitioning 2 times. I highly recommended this office especially after trying GEICO and realizing how restrictive and unresponsive they were even hung up on by GEICO and found SF was a blessing. I love how they always offered extra discounts for savings we have earned. Aloha and Mahalo from your Hawaii clients. I love and am truly grateful for State Farm, especially this office. I have been with them since 2019, and have had nothing but a great experience. I have had my fair share of problems including my car being hit and run and more recently having my Hyundai stolen. They made this whole nightmare a seamless process from picking up a rental car the day it was stolen (on a Sunday) to answering my questions and concerns throughout the process, and insuring my new vehicle right away when I called at the dealership so I could drive my car off the lot insured. I just worked with Chayanne throughout my theft process and she was wonderful to work with.

I also want to add that State Farm has always suggested insurance options (e.g. rentals insurance, etc) in a non-pushy but helpful way and I am SO grateful I listened to their advice. Their prices are reasonable, customer service amazing, and overall they are a helpful and non-schemey insurance company. I will always be a State Farm customer (as long as they have me), and how helpful they have been throughout all the car challenges I’ve had is a testament to their value. The way they handled my car being stolen showed me they are actually here to help. If you are shopping for car insurance, do not hesitate to insure with SF.

Great competent agents that can quickly get you through the quote and sign up process. The only reason this review is not 5 stars is that I had a hard time understanding my agent because of how loud the other agent was in the background. If acoustic dampeners or some kind of noise barrier was added to their office, I'd be happy to adjust my rating to 5 stars.
