I highly recommend Bill Warring State Farm Insurance. Allstate was charging triple !!!! 590.00 one car 1000.00 deductible and rideshare included . I started paying 3 years ago $170.00 , last 6 months it went up $455.00 struggling every month to pay that and with one point on my record it was now going to be $590.00! I always got the run around no one on the same page their automatic system is frustrating and horrible to deal with I spent numerous hours to get a direct correct answer HORRIBLE INSURANCE company and not too friendly customer service support. I had to call around different insurance companies and Statefarm does accept rideshare which I needed but not all Statefarms have the same quotes!!! I called 4 different places and decided to go with this Benicia location! They were the lowest $ 277.00 plus life insurance $27.00 and I am getting the same coverage as Allstate only difference they have renters insurance where State Farm does not and State Farm offers life insurance get a discount on your policy where Allstate does not. I have direct access to this branch speak with anyone of my concerns and found out which is very convenient I could pay my policy in person at this branch whenever I want. Their attitudes are very helpful and listen to your concerns. I highly recommend this location. I spoke with Dillion and Mikey great customer service! F Allstate you suck especially the location on Sonoma Blvd they SUCK UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDES!!!

I had an outstanding experience with Dylan from State Farm. I had gotten on a car accident about a month ago and was kicked off of my parents’ insurance plan. I was nervous, because it was my first time calling an insurance agency, but Dylan eased my nerves immediately and helped me find an affordable plan within my budget. Just signed a policy with StateFarm in April of 2024. My agent was very transparent and honest in trying to get me the lowest possible rate for my policy. Ask for agents Bill Warring or Mike O’Shea in the Vallejo office. plus they now offer an emergency health care coverage incase you have an unexpected ER visit. only costing me $20, which is bundled up in with my auto insurance. thank you StateFarm!

State Farm is hands down the best insurance I have ever dealt with! I was in a car accident a month ago. I called my insurance as soon as it happened and they were so quick to help and extremely friendly! They had me in a rental car the day after the accident, and had everything else situated for me in less than a month. Everyone in customer service was so helpful, I truly recommend this insurance to anyone. I couldn’t have had a better experience!

Sheila is the best! Bill and the other guy are both great as well! I love how I can call and ask for info or help and they’re always ready and willing to do so. I Highly recommend that if you are shopping for new coverage and/or policies, that you call or visit this office. Thanks again guys!
