Bisson Insurance is no longer in OC. If I remember correctly, Kevin said they moved to AZ. I am looking for a hometown insurance broker.

Tyler Gehring and his team are absolutely amazing. As someone who has also worked in the insurance industry, I understand the challenges of someone in his position and must say that he does an excellent job. Chris is absolutely great. I actually had to look up the number to refer another friend to him. I've never had one issue, my policies are all in order and when purchasing my various policies he was able to answer any question I had. Highly recommend.

I went there a few years back and i was not wanted in the building. We (wife and I) had auto insurance with Bisson and i went in to maka a change and when i sat down to be attended, a tall medium build woman (white) saw me and she rush to me and attended me as if i had covid and wanted me to leave fast. I realize by her actions and voice she had a condtion of the hart ( if you know what i mean)
If you go to Bisson Insurance make sure you condition your self to people that suffer from unloving others that where born in this land generations ago be for the Europeans came over.

Just saw the recent reviews, it looks like they are closed last year based on owner's reply. That explains why my policy change request was ignored for 3 days and counting. Will be calling Mercury directly to change agency later.
