Lol once again showing your trash customer service it took you a week to call me back then your quote was twice as much. The reason I didn't leave a review the first time was you already have wasted enough of my time. To anyone reading this save your time and money and avoid this place. And both of my previous reviews are valid as is my review of your business. From looking at at your other reviews seems you often have trouble calling back your customers. It's also been 7 years since you last received a 5 star review so clearly you aren't providing a good service. Like I said save your time and money and shop elsewhere.

Was with them for 12 years and are not helpful when you actually need them. I also am not allowed to end my coverages (which is probably illegal). Good thing the Washington Insurance Commisioner exists.

I've been getting my insurance threw Blasingame for 20 years. But this time when my renewal came up the price had jumped alot. Called my agent two times and never got a return phone call. I'm very disappointed. No accidents or even a ticket in a little over 20 years. Perfect record. Always pay on time and not worthy of a return phone call. What has this world come to? So now my new insurance company is State Farm.

Joyce has been amazing for so many years in helping me with all of the usual questions and problems associated with insurance. I have 6 homeowner policies, a blanket liability policy as well as 2 auto policies so I'm sure I seem high maintenance to her a lot of the time. She always helps me figure things out and always with a smile that comes through the phone in her voice. Thanks Joyce and to all at Blasingame. Andeen and Ian included! Jason, Jannel, and everyone at Blasingame are great. Jason Reser takes the time to explain the intricacies of the policy to you and why it may or may not fit your needs. I think he spent half an hour on the phone with me to explain my motorcycle policy and that was only a $300 policy. Overall, good people.

Been with this agency fo over 35 years with auto, houses, umbrella, etc. Joyce has always gone out of her way to give me incredible service like reminding me to pay my bill and taking care of my family through several incidents and educating us and my kids with knowledge they needed. Includes me as well.
She goes out of her way to take care of us including contacts to see how we are doing just to make sure all is well. I'm in a business that nessitates great customer service and she provides it up and beyond what now seems acceptable now days. Very refreshing. There is no customer service/no service here. You can trust her. I do!
