Brianne Bowling was amazing! I recently got into an accident during a work-related incident, and the third-party insurance my company used was Blue Star Claims. When my employer informed me that I’d need to work with them, I did what anyone would do—I googled them to find their contact information for my claim. I was initially worried when I saw their low rating and read through numerous negative reviews. In pain and on disability as advised by my doctor, the last thing I wanted was to deal with an insurance company that might be difficult to work with.

Despite my hesitations, I received a call from my adjuster, Brianne, and she was an absolute pleasure to speak with. She was professional, kind, and respectful, which immediately put me at ease. I told her about the negative reviews, and we had a great conversation about how often only unhappy people leave reviews, while satisfied clients rarely share their positive experiences.

I felt it was important to do my part and leave this review to share my own experience for anyone who, like me, might be reading through reviews and feeling hesitant. Brianne’s customer service was exceptional, and regardless of whether I qualify for a claim payout, I genuinely appreciated how well I was treated. My review is based entirely on the quality of service I received, and I highly recommend Brianne for her professionalism and kindness.

All I can say is thank GOD for Blue Star, whenever I called to inquire about who my adjuster was I was speaking with her and all I can say is Ms. Nikki Barber is awesome. She explained to me all of the documents I had to present. I got all of my documents in and afterwards my payments started coming in. She goes above and beyond to explain and insure that I understand, and is very prompted with communication.

Got rear ended pretty good I got a concussion my claim adjuster was Valerie. She was nice enough to ask how my concussion is doing and then did a complete 180 on me telling me all the official paper work I sent from my urgent care doesn’t work I asked why she said she needed a letter from them I said okay she continued to turn down any official form I would get from my urgent care, 3 different times. Mind you it has the address contact info and name of physician that helped me out. Never bothered to reach out but was adamant that my official doctor paper work wasn’t going to work for them. I’m getting a headache every night after talking to her due to the confusion I got during the accident and the stress of bills and trying to get my claim to work not to mention all the leg work she demanded from me. I tried to be patient with her till I noticed what she was saying hold no merit. I asked her to have management reach out she still had the audacity to asked me if I was looking for urgent care management?! Finally got in touch with management after getting the run around and feeling like this is bad faith (all while having a concussion) I am now speaking to Christine about my check I got a 134$ check but my average making was 200-400$ my understanding is they try to meet in the middle so it should be 300$ I’m hoping management is more fair and helpful.

I am extremely pleased with this insurance service, once I initiated the claim and submitted all the necessary documents ie; pay statement and secondary medical bills the reimbursements began hitting my bank account after the seven (7) day waiting period. So far, so good! I was in an accident while driving for door dash 5 weeks ago today. I went to the ER, I’ve seen ortho twice, had an MRI and have been attending PT. I’ve also received one indemnity payment. My adjuster, Amy Hawks, is attentive and communicates promptly. I can’t come up with one complaint!

I was injured at work after a fall and my wrist was jacked up pretty good. Blue Star has made the process easy and pretty much turnkey. Great company and great adjuster.
