We had a terrible pipe burst/ mold find in our kitchen and upstairs bathroom. We had a different company come in do the demo really quick but then dropped us and wouldnt schedule appointments to fix our house.
We were beyond frustrated living without any insolation during the winter was less then convenient.
We were lucky enough to get Blusky over quick. They ran the numbers and quickly got to work.
Steve was very kind and attentive. Allen did amazing work. Also they were very patient on us paying the whole bill. Our insurance company and mortgage company made everything difficult having to get the check signed and approved and various inspections.
I would recommend Blusky. They actually cared about the people living in the house they worked on.

The BluSky team managed my project very well. They provided a detailed estimate, followed up with my homeowner and took care of a couple of items the owners was not initially happy with. They also did a great job of working with the insurance company and were able to completely justify all line items on their estimate so the project was 100% covered by insurance.

I bought a condo that was in the early stages of going through a rebuild, due to sewage damage. The previous owner had contracted with BluSky prior to my purchase. in the end, I found BluSky (and Michael Clarke in particular) to be incredibly flexible, strong communicators, full of suggestions that fit our budget and excellent in their execution of the plan.

The team that did the tear-out was quick and only tore out what was essential to the rebuild. They left no secondary damage and hauled away everything the same day as the tear-out. This team seemed to be in high demand, but did their work with high professionalism.

Michael used his vast network of resources to identify sub-contractors who could determine what we wanted the condo to look like when it was finished. We insisted on exact plans and his contractors delivered so that we all knew exactly what was to happen. Michael managed these sub-contractors to ensure their work was done on-time and coordinated so that as one finished their work, the next one was right behind to do their portion of the project. Due to building supply limitations brought on by COVID, we had to make a few shifts during the rebuild. Michael handled these changes with a smile and was clear about what the changes required in terms of time, money and schedule impact. His rolodex of experts and previous project ideas was used a few times to fine tune the look of our condo.

I am very happy with BluSky and would not hesitate to recommend them (particularly Michael Clarke, as project leader) to anyone. Michael became indispensable to our project completion, within time and budget. He demonstrated wonderful poise under pressure and never hesitated to proactively point out unexpected issues that arose, most often having a couple of solutions for consideration, since Michael knew we valued budget and completion date. I never had to worry about a callback when I had a question and left a detailed voicemail.
