We have used Karen for years, but a recent screw up of hers will keep us and everyone we know away forever. Not only did she forget to send our return in, she tried to HIDE it from us for MONTHS. I understand mistakes are made, but when you realize you forgot to file someone's taxes, be professional enough to call and admit it.
