I was VERY upset to find that 7 policies had lapsed after asking twice for them to be bundled in one payment with my 2 homes, auto payment I may add. Andrew argued I was a fairly new client that his personnel has been in his office longer, a whole 2 years. I had adopted my father's plan in 2016 when he passed, so was not happy when even that information was incorrect! I had stated to the gal in March that I wanted this bundled because the same problem had occurred! So, the items were bundled but put under different information than the original items, which in turn caused the reoccurring problem! I have spoke with a different agency this morning and was advised they could see many problems with my accounts. Including areas where I could save money! When I asked Andrew why they didn't try harder to contact me, knowing I work out of state...Andrew, the office manager, told me that they are "not in the place to babysit people"! I received 2 texts and 2 messages that could not be translated in the time span of 90 days! I was irrate to say the least. I check my account and verified that State Farm was being paid, and they were. However, as I requested twice about the bundle...it never happened! I would advice highly about not using this office!
