They will not find you the cheapest insurance!! You can find much cheaper insurance through other brokers. Moreover, they had my old address listed under my renter's policy, even though I had notified them of my move before I even moved. They only updated my mailing address. Shockingly, I was not insured for underinsured drivers, which was something I had requested. In my opinion, this is one of the main reasons to have full coverage, so it is absurd that I wasn't insured for it. They charged me extra for aftermarket parts, which is also extremely absurd because my car is entirely stock, I don't even have tinted windows. Now, even after requesting that my policies be canceled three times, they refuse to do so. I have never had a worse experience with any insurance company. Therefore, I advise you to avoid Boyd Insurance Brokerage and find another insurance broker to save yourself from a massive headache.

I have been with Boyd insurance for years. I have shopped around to just check on what I'm paying and everytime I get the same answer ! I get a great rate with them but more important the customer service is the best out there. I'm insured with safeco insurance through and I have never been happier. Tristan has helped me on numerous times and I can't ask for anyone better.

After a day or so and several hours searching for at the least, a quote to get my business insured. I found Annalise referred to me by a friend.
