Brad is always so quick to respond to any questions I have and is always going above my expectations. I wish I could give 10 stars because we are very happy with everything Brad does for us. We have bundled home, life , vehicle and even motorcycle insurance with Brad and are more than happy with the outcome. I definitely recommend brad as anyone who is looking for insurance. Switched to Brad from an agency out in Denver for my small business insurance needs. Such a drastic (much needed) difference. He calls you back, get this: same day!!! Responds to emails right away. Brad is extremely helpful and friendly! He walked me through all of my options with a thorough explanation whilst explaining how each would personally benefit me. He was very fast and efficient! Within just a few hours of contacting him, he got me covered with a cost effective plan that suits me best. We requested that two of our policies be removed from our account over a month ago. Noticed they were still on our account and had to call into American Family to actually have the policies removed. Also, when purchasing a vehicle they would not provide the correct standard insurance document required by the lender. Additionally, our premiums continue to grow and grow every 6 months as our vehicles continue to age.
